Wallpaper for users who perhaps should not be burdened with too much responsibility over their computers. The idea is to reduce the privileges on their regular account, then set up an admin account which they can switch over to when necessary. Harsh lighting encourages the user not to stick around. For best results, change the color scheme to Silver and create desktop shortcuts leading to the user's Desktop and My Documents folders.
